You will support the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining active customer-facing sales responsibilities, driving inventory health, and ensuring safety and operational standards.

The role is designed as a developmental pathway to becoming a Store Manager, with overtime and keyholder responsibilities as needed to maintain store continuity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in a retail, automotive, or service environment.
• Willingness to learn automotive products and terminology.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with Store Manager.
• Lead customer-facing sales and service across in-store, phone, and dealer channels.
• Monitor inventory health, scheduling, and labor planning to optimize performance.
