GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our NAPA retail location. The role supports the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining customer-facing sales responsibilities, and leads daily operations with a focus on coaching a diverse team.

The position emphasizes safety, inventory control, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to advance to Store Manager. Overtime and keyholder duties may apply to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn.
• Leadership experience and customer care passion.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Experience in parts/retail/industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, and labor alignment.
• Sell and build relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and cash reconciliation.
• Monitor store metrics and coach staff for continuity.
• Support talent development and safety compliance.
