USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our NAPA retail store in Fredericksburg, VA. You will work closely with the Store Manager to run daily operations, lead a team, and maintain excellent customer service while handling sales, inventory, and deliveries.

The role offers development toward Store Manager, with overtime as needed and keyholder responsibilities such as opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn.
• Leadership experience and strong customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with Store Manager and ensure sales execution.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and labor alignment.
• Coach staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain safety and standards.
• Handle opening/closing routines and cash reconciliation.
