O'Reilly Automotive Stores in Lancaster, OH is seeking a store leader to supervise customer service for retail and professional customers and to guide a team in daily operations. You will oversee call handling, order processing, returns, invoicing, scheduling, and opening/closing duties, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualified applicants will have strong communication skills, RSS certification, and ideally ASE certification or auto parts experience; bilingual skills

Qualifications

• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience preferred (auto parts).
• ASE Certification desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone policies are followed and orders are processed timely (buy online/ship to store, hub, store-to-store).
• Handle returns/exchanges, refunds, and ensure proper invoicing before products leave the store.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, opening/closing procedures, and bank deposits per policy.
