Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service and support to both retail and professional customers.

You will supervise service levels, manage store operations, assist in shift management when needed, and help ensure accurate transactions, returns, and inventory processes. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts. Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations (buy online/ship to store, transfers, etc.).
• Perform store opening/closing duties, manage money/deposits, and support shift management in the absence of the store manager.
