Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Leader to drive customer service excellence in our Oxnard, CA location. You will supervise showroom operations, ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and add orders, and lead team members in delivering consistent service.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and experience in retail automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, using the electronic ledger.
