O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to both retail and installer customers in a fast-paced store environment. The role supports store management, greets customers, assists with merchandise selection, and handles in-store and phone inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

The position emphasizes bilingual communication, the ability to multitask, and adherence to company programs and policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and greet customers promptly.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves and planogram updates.
• Able to drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
