Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may advance within a growth-focused, customer-first environment. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, process transactions, and stock/sharpen store presentation after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc).
• Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process cash/credit transactions and handle returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates, stocking, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed.
