Qualifications

• Must deliver outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask between in-store and phone interactions.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and store management as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, perform transactions, and secure cash and checks.
• Process exchanges/returns per company policy and issue credits.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and provide quotes and recommendations.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and monthly cycle counts.
• Operate store equipment after training and meet company requirements.
• Perform store tasks to keep shelves stocked, fronted, and clean.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
