Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will assist store management, support professional customers, and promote company programs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, processing transactions, handling returns, stocking shelves, and performing daily store operations after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask while assisting in-store and on the phone.
• Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail customers; help them select merchandise.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Process cash, checks, credit card transactions, exchanges, and returns.
• Stock shelves, perform planogram updates, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory counts and monthly stock adjustments.
• Operate test equipment after training and approved procedures.
• May assist with local deliveries when needed.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
