O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and encourages bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, handling transactions, processing returns, and assisting with stock and planogram updates. Qualified candidates will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Must multitask handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) strongly encouraged and preferred when applicable.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and secure cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support store operations, stock, and planogram updates.
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle checks when trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as business needs require.
