Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and install service specialists as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Maintain store image maker and planogram updates; stock shelves.
• Operate store equipment after training; perform in-store services.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
