O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Virginia to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management. The role includes handling cash and transactions, resolving issues, and assisting with merchandise selection.

Qualificações

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification.

Responsabilidades

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform inventory and in-store service tasks and planogram updates.
