Responsibilities

• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Answer store calls per policy, look up parts and quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with in-store operations like stocking, planogram updates, and merchandising.
• Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and other duties as allowed.
