Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, helping them select parts and price items. The role also supports store management in completing daily tasks and maintaining stock. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure accurate transactions.

Required duties include cash handling, returns, inventory prep, and assisting with professional customers. ASE certification is a plus, and multilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers in choosing merchandise
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and maintain cash drawer securely
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts
• Perform in-store services and arrange daily operations as needed
