O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, handling transactions, and maintaining stock and displays. Desirable ASE certification and Spanish language skills are noted, with growth opportunities within the company.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints politely.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and freight reception.
• Perform in-store services (where allowed) such as wipers, batteries, and wiring checks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if business needs require.
• All other duties as assigned.
