Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers in a Colorado store. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, quote prices, and promote company programs. The role includes cash handling, returns processing, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers with service to professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and maintain cash drawer securely.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks (stocking, planogram updates, etc.).
• Operate store equipment after training and meet company requirements.
• Provide in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, scan codes, etc.).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
