Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Colorado is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

The role requires accurate cash handling, parts lookup, and upselling. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; prior automotive knowledge is a plus, with ample opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• ASE certification is a plus; bilingualism (Spanish) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and manage the cash drawer.
• Provide telephone assistance: look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and politely.
• Perform daily store operations: stocking, planogram updates, and merchandise returns.
