O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. The role emphasizes greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone and quoting prices.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates and stocking tasks.
• Perform daily operational tasks and stock counts.
• Operate store test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
