O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-quality customer service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in achieving daily tasks and sales goals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selections, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling. The position involves daily store operations and occasional vehicle-related services as trained.

Competenze

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Mansioni

• Greet customers and help select merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policy.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process card transactions.
• Perform daily store operations, stock updates, planogram changes, and light maintenance.
• Provide in-store services and occasional vehicle-related tasks as trained.
