• Answer store phone calls per policy, look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Operate cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking, fronting, and cleaning.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock counts and merchandise returns.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
