Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise choices.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions per policy.
• Handle exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Address customer complaints and resolution.
• Assist with store operations such as stock and planograms.
• Operate equipment after training.
• Conduct in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes, headlights).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
