Job summary

O'Reilly Automotive Stores in Killingly, CT is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and team in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will assume shift management duties when needed and help keep the showroom inviting for both retail and professional customers.

The role requires clear communication, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and experience in retail or auto parts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone, buy online/ship to store transfers, and returns are handled efficiently.
• Manage day-end procedures, deposits, and security procedures according to policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
