Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Glasgow, MT seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Managers in sales, service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift leadership when managers are absent.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure using the ledger.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed efficiently, refunds issued correctly, and merchandise staged appropriately.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor work schedules, deviations approved by management, and clock-in/out compliance.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, manage money/deposits and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
