Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and shift management in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supervising showroom operations, and ensuring accurate processing of orders and returns.

The position emphasizes team leadership, schedule adherence, and daily store opening/closing duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for growth within a stable employer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
