Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Crowley, LA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. This role also assumes shift-management responsibilities when leadership is absent.

You will lead the showroom team, oversee service programs, handle orders and returns, clock in/out per policy, and perform opening/closing duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish or another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise telephone handling and sales program execution.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and order processing per procedure.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, refunds, and merchandising are handled efficiently and per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure deposits, and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Assist with shift management in absence of Store Manager.
