Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required and essential for customer service leadership.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Fluency or ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desired for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program adherence.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
