O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store management in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of managers and requires strong communication and RSS certification readiness. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and drive adherence to service programs.
• Answer telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipments.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Invoicing of merchandise before product leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
