Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Kent, WA is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service for retail and installer customers and to support store management with assigned tasks.

You will greet customers, lookup parts, quote prices, process transactions, and participate in stock updates and in‑store services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers promptly in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions and secure the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
• Support daily image maker, planogram updates, and stock-related tasks.
