Responsibilities

• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote low-price guarantees.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns and address customer complaints.
• Support store operations including stock, planograms, and imaging tasks.
• Perform store services and occasional deliveries as required.
