The position requires 3-5 years in automotive parts, strong sales ability, and valid driver’s license; ASE certification is preferred. Role includes responsibility for opening/closing, inventory tasks, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and service procedures.
• Ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put-away and cycle counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
