Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales, provide expert parts knowledge, and assist customers in-store and by phone. The role emphasizes accuracy in parts identification, system usage, and delivering high-quality service.

The position demands 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and a preference for ASE certification. ASE readiness is acceptable, with opportunities for professional growth and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
