Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and parts knowledge. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, manage parts sourcing, and help with service tasks and store operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong sales ability, and familiarity with inventory and POS systems. Valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Proven sales ability with past customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
