Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with advanced parts knowledge and in-store services. The role emphasizes expert store systems use, high customer service standards, and achieving sales objectives across busy retail environments.

The position requires 3-5 years in automotive parts sales, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred. The candidate will handle parts identification, sourcing, and installations while working a range of shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
