Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking an ISO Parts Pro responsible for building strategic customer relationships and ensuring delivery standards. You will dispatch drivers and coordinate with leadership to meet productivity and service goals.

The role requires strong automotive knowledge, diagnostic ability, and excellent English communication. Occasional weekend shifts may be required to support store operations and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability including ignition, engine, suspension, brakes, electronics, exhaust.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Achieve productivity and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers for strategic customers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
• Maintain core bank and strategic returns.
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs.
