Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching of parts for each repair order.

You will verify parts for accuracy, coordinate with vendors, and input invoices into the MIS to ensure timely delivery and proper stocking for repairs.

This role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and effective communication; I-CAR knowledge is a plus as you support a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Strong customer-service orientation and organizational ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts as indicated on repair orders.
• Verify quality, correctness and quantity of parts received.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track vendor invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicle/repairs.
• Communicate price changes to team members.
• Maintain parts inventory to support production schedule.
