Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure precise parts handling for each repair order and a superb customer experience. You will manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts, while verifying quality and timeliness with the production schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organization and problem solving, and familiarity with MIS tools such as Summit or Repair Centre.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with auto parts and customer service skills preferred.
• I-Car registration progress toward Gold Class is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts ordering, receiving and storage for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts to support timely repairs.
• Enter invoices into the MIS and track discounted pricing.
• Communicate requests to team members and assist vendors with orders.
• Label, track and distribute parts to the shop per the schedule.
