Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery routing.
• Ensure timely picking, staging, and delivery of parts.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and complete daily inspections.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers for service excellence.
• Process returns and credits for cores and warranty parts.
• Assist on front or retail counters and handle backroom duties as needed.
