Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online; invoice orders and direct delivery staffing to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Verify product and warranty parts are billed before customers leave.
• Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed.
