Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Liberty, NC is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and exceptional customer service for DIY customers. This full-time role requires strong familiarity with store systems, parts identification, and advanced automotive knowledge to support sales and service efforts.

You will assist customers in person and by phone, source parts from multiple channels, and perform services such as battery installations and inspections while maintaining store standards

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
