Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory processes and parts identification.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
