Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems accurately.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and company policies.
• Execute sales practices including engagement, needs assessment, and demonstrations.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support store operations including stock orders, reporting discrepancies, and presentation.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, prep orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving merchandise, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Contribute to store operations and teamwork to optimize efficiency.
