• Ensure correct parts are delivered to customer orders with accuracy and courtesy.
• Map efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel.
• Track and analyze delivery quality using the Delivery Management System.
• Resolve issues for customers with effective solutions and clear communication.
• Handle cash returned by drivers and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect returned parts and cores for return to DC or manufacturer.
• Maintain fleet and flag vehicle issues impacting delivery quality.
