Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Keen sense for seeing, hearing and remembering part numbers and line codes.
• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with stool or ladder.
• Stamina to stand and walk for the shift; strong team player in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, organized and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers in a timely manner.
• Ensure correct parts are delivered to customers accurately and courteously.
• Map efficient delivery routes.
• Track and analyze delivery service using the Delivery Management System.
• Resolve customer issues with effective solutions.
• Handle cash returned by drivers and maintain records.
• Inspect returns and prepare them for disposition to DC or manufacturer.
• Maintain fleet readiness and report vehicle issues affecting service quality.
