Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a parts delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers and support stores with upselling and promotional activities.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, manage returns, and help maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient in reading safety rules, catalogs and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Collect on credit accounts; build relationships with customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase order value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking; manage back stock and cycle counts.
• Assist walk-in customers to identify parts or services.
• Engage customers and promote products; learn new sales techniques.
