Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also collect returns, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining accurate credit accounts.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to support sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive safely and navigate routes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
