Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and drop off flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock parts, and use inventory and safety procedures to serve customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Use basic math for units and measures; able to perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect on credit accounts daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• Perform general stocking and cycle counts; manage back stock.
• Know product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
