Qualificações

• Background and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers at the counter/over the phone.
• Assist other team members with customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions in-store.
