Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Counter Sales associate for our NAPA store to be the face of our retail location and assist customers with all automotive parts needs. You will use your parts knowledge to help customers, support teammates, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Assist other team members with customer questions using parts knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions at the store counter.
• Contribute to a positive consumer experience and a fast-paced store environment.
• Operate computer, cash register, telephone and paper catalog system.
