Job summary

Motion is seeking a friendly NAPA Counter Sales associate to be the face of our store, helping retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions at the counter and over the phone. You’ll use your parts knowledge to assist teammates and deliver outstanding customer care in a fast-paced environment, providing solutions and a positive shopping experience.

Valid driver’s license, willingness to learn all things auto parts, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter/over the phone.
